L’activité de l’équipe porte sur les aspects moléculaires des mécanismes de défense et communication ainsi que des processus adaptatifs chez les procaryotes dans différents contextes environnementaux.
Nous développons une recherche multidisciplinaire faisant appel principalement à des approches en chimie, biochimie, microbiologie et « –omiques ».
Trois axes sont actuellement développés :
- Interactions au sein des communautés microbiennes médiées par les peptides antimicrobiens
- Interactions microorganismes et organismes marins
- Adaptation aux milieux riches en métaux lourds
