- Expression des différentes enzymes impliquées dans la biosynthèse de peptides/métabolites chez E. coli et purification de ces protéines d’intérêt afin de caractériser leur activité in vitro.
- Production et purification de protéines de couche S de bactéries ou d’archées afin de caractériser leurs rôles fonctionnelles.
