  • Photobiologie-photochimiothérapie anticancéreuse: incorporation de porphyrines dans des cellules cancéreuses en culture, perturbations de la physiologie cellulaire après photosensibilisation, mort cellulaire, effets des UVA, étude de fullérènes (C60, C70) , multi-drug resistance.
  • Microscopie de fluorescence : autofluorescence des cellules et de leurs mitochondries, détection de l’ADN mitochondrial, perturbations des mitochondries, microscopie 3D
