Activités de recherche
Caractérisations structurales de produits naturels microbiens par méthodes spectroscopiques (RMN et MS). Nature, rôles fonctionnels et écologiques des médiateurs chimiques microbiens endophytes (Ecologie chimique)
Médiation chimique intra-microbiote endophyte en milieu terrestre et marin (interaction champignons – champignons, champignons – bactéries).
Recherche de nouveaux composés microbiens par des approches de genome mining.
