The annual conference of the French Phycological Society took place in Paris on 2–3 December. The event was co-organised by PHABB coordinator Claire Gachon and project manager Jeanne Miebach (MNHN), together with Richard Dorrell (Sorbonne University).

 

The meeting brought together established scientists, early-career researchers, and students from across the phycology community. It featured a rich programme of high-quality talks, lively discussions, and many opportunities for scientific exchange and networking in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere. The diversity of topics and approaches highlighted the vitality of current phycological research.

We are already looking forward to the next edition of the conference and to continuing these stimulating scientific interactions next year.
