      1. Risques liés aux proliférations des cyanobactéries: 

De nombreux laboratoires français ont reçu l’aval de la DGS pour effectuer les analyses d’eaux contaminées par les cyanobactéries. Parmi ces laboratoires, le Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle de Paris (MNHN) propose ses services afin de répondre aux demandes des gestionnaires de plans d’eau. 

L’équipe CCE a établi un schéma décisionnel conforme aux recommandations de la DGS, afin d’évaluer le risque toxique lié aux efflorescences à cyanobactéries dans les eaux de surface et de conseiller les gestionnaires de plans d’eau.  Elle dispose en effet d’outils permettant : 

  • d'évaluer la biomasse en cyanobactéries et/ou microalgues 
  • d'identifier les espèces majoritaires à l’origine de l’efflorescence 
  • de rechercher et d'estimer la quantité de toxines

    2. Isolement, culture et sélection de souches de microalgues et de cyanobactéries pour la production de molécules à haute valeur ajoutée
