Former research :
- Photobiology-anti-cancer photochemotherapy: incorporation of porphyrins in cancer cells in culture, perturbations of the cell physiology after photosensibilisation, cell death, effects of UVA, study of fullerenes (C60, C70), multi-drug resistance.
- Fluorescence microscopy: autofluorescence of cells and their mitochondria, detection of mitochondrial DNA, mitochondrial perturbations, 3D microscopy.
